Asha Astro Center processes refunds for orders placed using our online payment methods under specific conditions. We value your business and aim to handle all disputes with clarity and fairness.
1) 💳 Technical Payment Failures
In the event of a payment failure due to a server or connection error, an automated refund will be initiated to your original payment method. You will be notified of this by your bank or card issuer.
- Disputes: If you do not receive the automated refund, please contact our support team immediately.
- Resolution: Providing proof of payment and the relevant bank statement will help us ensure a quicker resolution.
2) 🧙♀️ Astrology Consultations & Readings
For services such as chart readings and astrology consultations, our cancellation policy is strictly based on the appointment schedule:
Full Refund
A **full refund** will be provided for any cancellations made at least **2 days (48 hours)** prior to the scheduled appointment.
No Refund
Cancellations made **within 2 days (48 hours)** of the appointment time are **not eligible** for a refund.
3) 💎 Physical Products (Gemstones, Crystals, etc.)
Returns for physical products are accepted under the following terms to maintain product integrity and authenticity:
- Return Window: You may request a refund within **30 days** of the delivery date.
- Condition: The product must be returned in its **original, untampered condition.**
- Inspection & Fee: Upon receiving the returned item, it will undergo professional testing. After successful verification, a full refund will be issued, **minus a ₹600 fee** for lab report and testing charges.
